Giving JLL sharp collateral to sell a huge leisure and retail complex

We were recommended to help JLL present a very rare opportunity. OMNi boasts a cinema, hotel, gardens, and more than 80 restaurants, retail units and leisure outlets. A premium acquisition for an investment group or pension fund. With the help of our branded literature, JLL helped to secure one of the biggest property transactions in the UK leisure sector of the last five years.

Consulting with JLL, we visited OMNi to gather insights, data and assets.

We created a premium evolution for the OMNi brand which translated well for the high value marketing literature.

The result was a brochure to help sell the centre as an investment. We presented reader-friendly financials and stats. We showed Edinburgh as a global tourist destination. And we incorporated dynamic photography and exploded floor plans.

JLL’s Retail & Leisure Capital Markets team loved our sales collateral and used it to help secure a £64 million sale. This is one of the largest UK leisure property transactions of the last five years.
