First impressions count, especially when it comes to feelings and emotions. A lot of hotels get this bang on. Our Senior Designer, David, took his summer holiday in Spain and the first things that stood out for him and remain in hismemory are the scent of the entrance area, and the way that the gentle lighting illuminated as he walked through the corridors.
